1) What types of products and services does Dependable Packaging Solutions (DPS) offer?
DPS stocks, sells and redistributes every product you would need to conduct your business: from the full gamut of packaging supplies (corrugated boxes, stretch wrap, tape and cushioning materials, etc.), labels, janitorial supplies (can liners and all paper and cleaning products and accessories), safety supplies (latex and non-latex gloves, first aid supplies, ear, eye and head protection, and hazardous materials waste recepticals and can liners), storage systems (bins and racks of all sizes) and a full catalog of office, workplace and break-room supplies (more than 100,000 items to choose from).
DPS prides itself in top-notch customer service, establishing meaningful and lasting relationships and partnerships with its customers, suppliers and third-party providers. DPS will arrange custom orders of numerous products with its talented and skilled designers and manufacturing partners and will stock and warehouse supplies for customers in some cases when necessary.
DPS is a total solution for all of its customers’ workplace needs, from office supplies to janitorial to warehouse, packaging, storage and safety products. DPS customers benefit from increased efficiency, fewer vendors, fewer headaches and enormous cost savings across all product groups. 2) How can I get a quote to see if Dependable Packaging Solutions really is cheaper/more competitive than my current supplier(s)?
If you have a DPS sales rep, he/she would be happy to quote any or all of the supplies you use. If you don’t, feel free to contact DPS customer service at customerservice@buydps.com or at 305-624-8338. Our dedicated team of service agents will then provide whatever service you are seeking, including assigning you a sales rep, quoting product prices and/or providing you with a username and password to our secure web portal, where you can search our vast catalog of products and place an order right from the comfort of your office, home or anywhere else you have an internet connection.
3) How can I place an order?
Dependable Packaging Solutions is proud to offer its customers a secure, easy-to-use web portal to search our catalog of more than 100,000 products, find pricing and place orders directly from any laptop or computer with internet connection, anywhere in the world. Furthermore, the more a customer uses the web portal, the easier ordering will become, as our web platform recognizes and remembers past orders and offers users the ability to repeat entire orders or parts of prior orders with one click of the mouse.
Of course, customers are free to continue to place orders with their respective sales reps via email, fax or phone if that is more comfortable. If you are a new customer and do not yet have a sales rep or login to our web portal, please see the response to 2) above and contact DPS customer service.
4) Where does DPS deliver and are there any restrictions?
DPS will deliver throughout the state of Florida using its fleet of trucks and vans. Outside of Florida, delivery will likely be arranged through an appropriate ground or air carrier and general information, tracking, restrictions and costs (if applicable) can be discussed and negotiated with your dedicated sales rep or DPS customer service.
5) Do I have to pay for delivery? Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping.
Generally speaking, a minimum order amount of $200 is required to receive free shipping. However, some exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis by your dedicated sales representative or customer service professional.
6) What is your delivery policy?
An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e–mail.
DPS's catalog, Web site and US retail businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses unless otherwise negotiated. DPS delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only, again, unless otherwise negotiated.
Certain DPS items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are pre-stocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
7) What is your return policy? What do I do if anything I ordered was damaged, broken, unusable or simply wasn’t what I wanted?
If any part of your order is damaged or broken, DPS will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact your dedicated Sales Rep or DPS Customer Service to find out your exact responsibilities and next steps – we are glad to assist you in any way we can to resolve the situation and ensure you receive replacement products and a credit as soon as possible.
